Welcome to our Toledo Bend Lake Vacation Rental! We are excited to host you and hope you have a relaxing, memorable stay. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM or later

Entry instructions are provided day of check-in

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests

No parties, events, weddings, or large gatherings without prior written approval.

Please respect our neighbors.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Designated area for smoking is OUTSIDE.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or marijuana products are prohibited inside the home.

Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in additional cleaning and deodorizing charges.

Please report any accidental damage immediately.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow house rules.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.

The security deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.

The deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to:

Damage to the home, furnishings, or appliances
Missing items
Excessive cleaning beyond the standard $100 cleaning fee
Damaged or missing towels, linens, or household items
Evidence of smoking inside the home
Unauthorized pets or guests
Failure to follow the House Rules resulting in additional costs

If no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found, the full $300 security deposit will be refunded according to the payment method and timeline used for your reservation.

Bath towels are provided for your convenience and are intended for indoor bathing use only.

Please DO NOT use bath towels:

At the lake, dock, or while boating
For cleaning fish
To clean shoes, vehicles, boats, or equipment
To remove makeup, grease, paint, or other staining substances
Outdoors or for any purpose other than personal bathing

Guests will be charged replacement costs for any towels that are:

Missing
Permanently stained
Excessively soiled
Damaged due to misuse
Used outside of their intended indoor bathing purpose

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain quality linens for all of our guests.

A $100 cleaning fee is charged with every reservation. This fee covers standard cleaning and sanitizing of the home between guest stays.

The cleaning fee does not cover excessive messes, stains, damage, or the removal of excessive trash. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property requires cleaning beyond normal turnover standards.

No pets are permitted.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

Covered parking is available.

Boat trailers are welcome.

Please park only in designated parking areas and do not block neighboring driveways.

Please treat all outdoor furniture, grill, and property with care.

After using the grill:

• Clean cooking surfaces
• Dispose of ashes safely (if charcoal)

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Availability and speed may vary due to rural internet service providers.

Streaming quality cannot be guaranteed.

Please place all trash in a tightly sealed bag and take to the designated location at Many Trash Compactor Site, 11041 Texas Highway, Many, LA

Guests are welcome to enjoy nearby Toledo Bend Lake.

Please follow all Louisiana and Texas fishing regulations.

Guests are responsible for obtaining any required fishing licenses.

Please clean fish only at the designated outdoor fish cleaning station.

Do not clean fish inside the home.

Safety

Please supervise children at all times.

Life jackets are strongly recommended whenever participating in boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, or any water activities.

Guests assume full responsibility for their participation in recreational activities.

Weather

Toledo Bend weather can change quickly.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by severe weather, power outages, flooding, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

Please remember that lake conditions change daily.

Guests should exercise caution around water, docks, boats, wildlife, uneven terrain, and slippery surfaces.

Children should never be left unattended near the water.

Liability Disclaimer

Guests acknowledge that they are staying at the property at their own risk.

The property owner shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during a guest's stay.

Guests accept full responsibility for themselves and members of their party while using the property and participating in any recreational activities.
